Sakeya Donaldson spent two decades styling names like Usher, Nicki Minaj, and Zendaya. When her aunt asked her to start a STEM program, her first thought was stem cells. Then she did the research, saw the science behind every product she'd ever worked with, and built The Science of Beauty. What began as a summer program in Tampa now serves 500+ lab leaders across Tampa, Atlanta, and New Orleans, with partners including Estée Lauder, Sephora, and Chanel. Sakeya is also the author of Fly Girl Approved and Fly Girl Quotes, an on-air fashion expert for Great Day Live Tampa Bay, and a 2023 recipient of the Presidential Volunteer Service Lifetime Achievement Award.
